To oppress the blacks, racism in Brazil did not need rules of discrimination and racial preconception. The diverse forms of racial classification are nourished of the possible forms most malleable to reach its victims, however these subtilities do not leave of being perverse or less egoistic for the black population. The Government of Brazil if says one of the governments that more keep and stimulates the racial democracy in the whole world; our current governing continue to affirm and to defend the idea not to exist racism in the country, them they affirm this if basing on the fact not to exist practical that they forbid the blacks to reach the best positions in the society and not to exist local social that the blacks cannot occupy; it does not have position, place, profession etc. where the blacks cannot compete. But a more necessary look is enough to perceive that the racial democracy not yet reached its contemporaries. They in its majority occupy the worse positions of job in the society, are minority in the segments of better income, in the remunerated professions more. The black woman occupies disadvantageous a social status continued when compared with the set of the white population of the country; all know that we do not have to compare human beings as if they were objects but in this case if made necessary therefore Art according to.

5 of the Brazilian Constitution ‘ ‘ All are equal before the law, without distinction of any nature, guaranteeing themselves it the Brazilians and to the resident foreigners in the Country the inviolability of the right to the life, the freedom, the equality, the security and the property, in the terms of lei.’ ‘ To modify this situation the creation of public politics is necessary that must have as main and bigger objective to minimize and to eradicate the income inaquality, job, education, housing among others, that more they affect the blacks in Brazil; therefore it fits to the Government to promote the good of all, without preconceptions of origin, race, sex, color, age and any other forms of discrimination (Art. 3 – IV). But before everything it must be recognized that the democracy does not reach to all the population as would have; to make with that the democracy reaches the country as a whole is not function only of the government but also of the society, of to be able them to all socioeconmicos, the country as a whole. Thus a true Democratic Republic becomes.
